Linda Florence is the President of Coach Eagle.  Linda’s energetic and approachable style has made her a highly sought after executive coach and trainer.  Linda has over 23 years of senior level leadership experience in corporate security and human resources management and is an accomplished speaker, published author and dynamic trainer.  She is currently working towards her doctoral degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.  She has developed customized coaching and training programs for such diverse clients as hospitals and universities, public utilities, casinos and law enforcement agencies throughout the U.S., the Caribbean and Australia.

Linda is pursuing her Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, and currently working on her dissertation on ‘workplace violence.’  She holds a Master of Science degree in the same field, graduating with honors, and she previously earned her undergraduate degree from George Mason University in Virginia in Government & Politics, and a concentration in Criminal Justice   Linda has been developing courses teaching at the college level since 1988, and tutors masters & doctoral candidates.  She earned her CPP (Certified Protection Professional ‘ board certified in security management’ ) designation in 1990 and has remained active in promoting professional certification.

Linda’s primary emphasis is the link between the leaders’ behavior and organizational success.  The ‘cause and effect’ relationships in each topical area focus on the behavioral keys to getting a return on investment of human capital.

 

Tim Schneider  is the Vice President and co-founder of Coach Eagle, and the President and founder of Soaring Eagle Enterprises, Inc. His mission, as well as that of both companies, has always been "Committed Only to Your Success." 

Over the past fifteen years, Mr. Schneider has become one of the most sought after speakers, instructors and professional facilitators in the nation.  Renowned for both his style and the content of his messages, Tim delivers powerful messages about customer service, team work, leadership, communication and personal success.  Stylistically, he brings an unparalleled enthusiasm, passion and power to his speaking and teaching which always infects his audience.  His love of teaching and speaking becomes obvious within the first few minutes of each presentation.  Equally obvious is his sense of humor and desire to make each session enjoyable and fun.  You will also quickly see that Mr. Schneider never reads from a script and is very animated and in a constant state of motion while working. 

Author of both Providing Superior Customer Service and Follow Me, I am the Leader, Mr. Schneider is currently nearing completion of his third work, The Zen of Service.  He is also a member of the adjunct faculty for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the Community College of Southern Nevada and his professional accreditations include the American Society for Training and Development, International Speaker's Association, International Association of Facilitators, Society for Human Resource Development and Institute for Adventure Learning.  

Prior to becoming an instructor, facilitator and speaker, Tim was a senior executive for several major financial service providers in the southwest.  He holds a doctorate in Organizational Development, a masters degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and a cum laude bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Wyoming.  Personally, Mr. Schneider is married and is the father of two children.  He is also the step-father to Smokie, Scooter and Sammy the Dachshunds. 

                                                                                                                                    Michelle M. Caldwell is a trainer and executive coach specializing in human and business development for over 15 years.  Michelle possesses energy, passion, and a fundamental commitment to human values.  Her strength lies in empowering people to succeed, both personally and corporately through one-on-one consulting, leadership development, and executive coaching.  

Michelle has a Bachelors of Art Degree in Business Management and Organizational Design; is Board Certified in Leadership Development and Succession Planning through the Institute for Personality and Ability Testing (IPAT); and is currently pursuing her degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.  

 Michelle currently holds the position of Secretary for the Board of Directors for the Rape Crisis of Southern Nevada.  She is also actively involved with the Board of Directors for the Community Multicultural Center of Las Vegas a non-profit organization that specializes in teaching English as a second language.

Michelle is originally from Washington State and lived in Colorado and Texas before moving to Las Vegas in 2001.  Michelle and her wonderful husband Joe enjoy the great outdoors and try to fit into their very busy professional lives scuba diving and golfing.
